EZ-Return

What is EZ-Return?

Ryan's Pet Supplies and UPS have come together to bring you another convenient way to ship your returns, the EZ Return Service. This service will allow you to receive and print an insured, trackable UPS shipping label to mail out qualified returns. All you have to do is package your qualified item(s) and drop them off at a local UPS Authorized shipping location or hand them to a UPS Driver.

Return Policy and Procedures

Ryan's will accept the return of merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product returned is in a saleable condition. All boxes, packaging, and accessories must be returned. The original purchase invoice, or a copy, must accompany the return. The return will be inspected before applying credit or before giving a replacement or a refund less shipping if applicable. A restocking fee of 15% of the item's catalog price may be charged when an item is (a) returned without a box or packaging, (b) not saleable, or (c) returned after 30 days. Credit will be issued on the payment method of original purchase.

Seasonal items, books, videos, and DVD's, may not be returned for exchange or credit unless defective. Defective item will be replaced with the same title.
Merchandise under the manufacturer's warranty period must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. The manufacturer may deem merchandise that has failed due to improper operation or use, customer neglect, lightning damage or other acts of God, or incidental damages may not be accepted as a repair of return.
